ServiceNow Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. This role combines strong project management discipline with Agile Scrum leadership to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or module rollouts, and will serve as a bridge between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Define project charters, roadmaps, work breakdown structures, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA) to ensure alignment.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure project governance and compliance with PMO standards.
- Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and act as a servant leader for the development team.
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and key performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 4 6 years managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and project lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to deliver ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance both Waterfall and Agile approaches where necessary.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile, Confluence, etc).
