Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
• Support project managers and product owners with planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
• Assist in developing user stories, use cases, wireframes, process maps, and data models.
• Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT), feedback gathering, and quality assurance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
