Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document requirements, enabling the delivery of data-driven decisions and effective system/process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to define project scope and objectives. Support project managers and product owners with planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming. Assist in developing user stories, use cases, wireframes, process maps, and data models. Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT), feedback gathering, and quality assurance. Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
