Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Serve as a servant-leader and coach to the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Monitor and track sprint progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
• Promote self-organization and accountability within the team
• Support the team in meeting their delivery commitments
• Coach stakeholders and management on Agile best practices
  

Preferred Skillset:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
