Key Responsibilities:

Scrum & Agile Facilitation

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to SAFe/scrum principles.
Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization.

Team Coaching & Development

Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile values and SAFe/Scrum practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with other teams, System Architects, and Shared Services to manage dependencies.
Promote transparency and alignment across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Lean principles.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
