Responsibilities for

• Learn and assist in implementing Agile and Scrum practices within the team.
• Support the Product Owner and team in aligning work with customer needs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Help document and track team progress using Jira or similar tool.
• Identify and report impediments.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of SDLC (preferred).
