Scrum Master

Responsibilities Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly. Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines. Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned. Proactively manage change requests and scope adjustments. Scrum Master Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, etc.) effectively. Coach and mentor, the development team on Scrum practices and agile principles. Remove impediments to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow. Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment. Help the team continuously improve their processes and delivery. Integration Expertise Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements. Design and develop high-quality MuleSoft integration solutions aligned with best practices. Implement integration patterns for scalability, performance, and reliability. Configure and manage MuleSoft runtime environments and associated infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution. Stay informed about the latest MuleSoft features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong experience in managing integration projects, preferably with MuleSoft Any point Platform. Hands on Integration experience with one or more for the following SFDC, Supply Chain, ERP, CRM Previous experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment. Strong understanding of integration patterns, ESB, and API management principles. Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components (Runtime, Connectors, API Management, Design Center, etc.). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is a plus. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Prior background on the Salesforce platform MuleSoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect) is highly desir,
