Scrum Master

You will be an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master joining our team to drive successful project delivery. Your role will involve understanding Agile principles, facilitating cross-functional teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master, you will lead various Scrum events like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure progress towards project goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and eliminating obstacles hindering the team's progress, coaching and guiding team members on Agile principles, promoting clear communication within the team and with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, supporting Product Owners in backlog management, protecting the team from distractions, and ensuring alignment between different teams and departments for smooth delivery. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification. You must have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, along with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Trello. Your key skills should include excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and the ability to create a positive and productive team environment. Your familiarity with software development processes and concepts, coupled with your proven ability to conduct productive meetings and workshops, will be essential for success in this role.,
