Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate

   Daily Stand-Ups

   , Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
2. Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to

   prioritize and refine backlog items

   .
3. Coordinate with

   onshore and offshore teams

   across multiple time zones for seamless delivery.

4. Remove impediments

   and proactively resolve blockers impacting team productivity.
5. Provide

   regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

   , including executive reporting.
6. Coach teams on

   Agile best practices

   and help mature the Agile mindset.
7. Support

   Release Planning

   and align with PI objectives and dependencies.
8. Maintain

   Jira dashboards, Confluence pages

   , and ensure Agile artifacts are up to date.
9. Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback sessions.

Required Skills:

1. Agile/Scrum Methodology:

   10+ years; Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe preferred); expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and building reports in Jira/Confluence.

2. Project Management:

   10+ years; proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

   10+ years; strong communication and conflict resolution skills; experience with executive reporting.

4. Works Independently:

   Ability to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.

5. Team Player:

   Skilled at fostering collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  .
• Familiarity with

  Release Train Engineering

  and PI Planning.
• Exposure to

  tools like Rally, VersionOne

  in addition to Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of

  Agile coaching techniques

  and servant leadership principles.
