Job Description

We are seeking a

Scrum Master

to lead Agile development teams and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader—empowering teams to deliver high-quality products through continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide teams in Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs
  • Track progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity)
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project management
  • Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices, and frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
