Job Description

Role: Scrum Master (Brightlayer Cloud Team)

Experience – 7-9

Immediate joiner required

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master.
Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles.
Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies effectively.
Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Experience in project tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
Support the team in meeting project goals and resolving blockers.
Guide and coach the team on agile principles and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team collaboration and reduce inefficiencies.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage project activities and priorities.
Track team performance using key metrics and ensure timely delivery.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.
Assist as a junior designer in activities like user research, prototyping, and design support when needed.
Collaborate with designers and developers throughout the product development process.
