About the Role:

Script & Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Script Writing:

• Develop engaging and informative video scripts in Hindi & English focused on finance topics (budgeting, saving, investing, etc.) and career development (career planning, interview tips, upskilling, etc.)

• Content Creation:

• Write articles, blogs, social media posts, and website content that educates and informs our audience on financial literacy and career counselling topics.

• Concept Development:

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm video and content ideas aligned with audience needs and business goals.

• Voice & Tone:

• Maintain a conversational, friendly, and clear tone tailored to both students and young professionals in Tier 1–3 cities.

• Research:

• Conduct in-depth research on finance and career-related topics, ensuring factual accuracy and relevance.

• Bilingual Content:

• Translate and localize content as needed to suit both Hindi and English-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic sensitivity.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  script writing, finance content, or career counselling content

  .
• Excellent writing and communication skills in

  both English and Hindi (spoken + written)

  .
• Ability to break down complex topics into simple, engaging scripts.
• Prior experience writing for

  YouTube, social media, or educational platforms

  is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital content formats (short-form, reels, videos, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with EdTech or FinTech platforms
• Familiarity with content performance metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement)
• Basic video editing/storyboarding knowledge
