Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Script Writer (Fresher) to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, writing dialogue, and developing ideas for video content. You will work closely with the creative team to draft engaging scripts for digital content, ads, short videos, or promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, creative,cohesive ,brief , innovative and engaging scripts for videos (YouTube, Instagram, explainer videos, ads, etc.).
• Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for concepts and formats.
• Adapt stories into video-friendly structures with proper scene flow and dialogue.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to align scripts with objectives.
• Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Edit and revise scripts as per feedback from directors or producers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in storytelling, content creation, and video formats.
• Good writing skills in English or regional language (if applicable).
• Creative thinking and ability to write in different tones and styles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different script formats.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends is a plus.
