About the Role

We re looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant SCM who can bring both expertise and innovation to our Oracle Cloud projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business challenges, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful impact. You ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to help streamline supply chain operations for global clients.

What You ll Do

1. Lead design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to meet business needs.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

3. Provide functional expertise across modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning.

4. Recommend process improvements and drive optimization within Oracle Cloud SCM.

5. Support implementation cycles, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

6. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and enhancements.

7. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and continuously suggest improvements and best practices.

What We re Looking For

1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 4 6 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

3. Hands-on experience in at least 3 4 full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.

4. Strong functional knowledge of at least 3 4 SCM modules (Logistics, Procurement, OM, Inventory, costing, Manufacturing, etc.)

5. Deep understanding of SCM business processes and ability to bridge business and technology needs.

6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

1. Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s).

2. Experience supporting multi-module or multi-country implementations.

3. Exposure to automation or test platforms (Opkey, Selenium, etc.).
