Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing leader in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector, delivering high-quality steel structure solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across India. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Executive to strengthen our supply chain function and support seamless procurement and logistics across multiple projects.

Role Overview:

The SCM Executive will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and logistics operations specific to the PEB industry. This role involves working closely with the design, production, and project execution teams to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, structural steel, fasteners, roofing sheets, insulation, and other PEB-related components.
• Issue purchase orders and track material delivery schedules.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels for production and site needs.
• Coordinate with the fabrication shop and site teams to schedule and prioritize material dispatches.
• Handle logistics and transport planning for on-time delivery to project sites PAN India.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and documentation.
• Assist in cost optimization, vendor performance tracking, and procurement reports.
• Support in implementing ERP/SCM software and improving internal procurement processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in SCM/procurement in the PEB or steel fabrication industry.
• Sound knowledge of PEB components, steel grades, and related procurement items.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics coordination and basic understanding of transportation norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with steel structure manufacturers or EPC companies.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance related to transport and materials.
• Working knowledge of ISO/QA documentation in procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,169.35 - ₹34,609.30 per month
