Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers in order to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding market presence and exploring untapped regions. In terms of Client Relationship Management, you will be required to build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors. This will involve conducting presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions, as well as overseeing tendering, bidding, and project acquisition processes. Furthermore, as a leader in the sales & marketing team, you will need to lead, mentor, and motivate the team. Setting sales targets, tracking performance, and driving team efficiency will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance the team's skills. In the realm of Marketing & Brand Development, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and digital strategies. Your contribution will be vital in strengthening the company's brand positioning in the PEB industry. Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events will also be part of your responsibilities. Market Research & Strategy will be another key area where you will be involved. Conducting competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends, as well as providing insights on pricing strategies, new product offerings, and customer needs, will be essential. In terms of Reporting & Budget Management, you will be expected to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analysis. Managing sales budgets, expenses, and profitability targets will also fall under your purview. This is a Full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
