Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with vendors and shipping companies to ensure critical deliveries arrive at their destinations on time - Report any pending delivery delays to project management and work with shipping companies to expedite deliveries - Take charge from the issue of purchase order until the material reaches the company - Prepare expediting sheets operation-wise to monitor the progress of manufacturing at the supplier - Follow up and expedite to achieve deliveries through personal visits, desktop expediting via email/phone, etc. - Coordinate with various departments and suppliers for any clarifications required for smooth execution of orders - Keep track of ordered material until it reaches the company - Coordinate with the planning department to prioritize orders Qualifications Required: - Excellent vendor communication skills - Strong time management skills - Commitment to meeting corporate deadlines and receiving critical orders on time,
