About Us

Sri Aurobindo Society – Rupantar

Key Responsibilities

Design and curate curriculum and academic content for the K–12 segment
Develop lesson plans, lecture outlines, and digital content aligned with competency-based education
Improve, develop, and review assessments based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and NEP 2020
Support teacher training, induction, and counselling programs
Manage academic resources via Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Contribute to holistic curriculum implementation and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject area
Minimum
4 years of full-time experience
in teaching or curriculum development
Strong command of subject matter within the
K–12 education
space
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of LMS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of NEP 2020, competency-based learning, and Bloom’s Taxonomy

Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Experience in the education sector with a focus on
social inclusion
Good Exposure about Bloom's taxonomy
