Job Description

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and self-motivated female professional to manage its online presence. The ideal candidate will handle the school website, photo and poster design, digital marketing, paid social media campaigns, and content across all social media platforms. She should have a keen eye for design, good communication skills, and the ability to align digital content with the school's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Design, update, and maintain the school’s website (WordPress/Wix or other platforms).
  • Regularly update academic content, notices, news, image galleries, and events.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.

Graphic Design & Photography:

  • Design posters, banners, brochures, newsletters, certificates, and event creatives.
  • Edit photographs and prepare content for both digital and print platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Handle school’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos).
  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns to boost admissions and promote events.
  • Monitor insights and analytics, and report on campaign performance.

Event Coverage:

  • Take photos/videos during school functions, competitions, and activities.
  • Edit and prepare timely content for social media and the website.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with staff for event updates, student activities, and announcements.
  • Support the admissions and admin teams with digital outreach and promotions.

Eligibility Criteria:Required Skills & Experience:

  • Female candidate with experience in:
  • Website management (CMS like WordPress/Wix preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator (or similar tools)
  • Social media content creation and scheduling tools
  • Paid digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Basic video/photo editing
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and education-related branding strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with educational institutions or CBSE schools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,932.87 - ₹35,674.65 per month
