Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal based in Patna. The School Principal will oversee the academic, operational, and administrative aspects of the premium school. Responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum aligned with national standards, leading and mentoring teaching staff, fostering strong communication with parents and stakeholders, managing school operations, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment. As the head of the school, the Principal will also play a critical role in setting goals, driving performance, and promoting educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Leadership and proven ability to lead and mentor teaching staff.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development with knowledge of national educational standards like NEP, NCP, and ECCE.
• Strong Communication skills to engage with parents, students, and staff effectively.
• Background in Middle School and Education, with a deep understanding of teaching methodologies and child development.
• Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred, along with prior experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential.
