Job Description

As a part of Teacher Pool, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing educational opportunities through innovative marketing and event planning. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote school events and programs. - Planning, coordinating, and executing various educational events such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach. - Collaborating with school staff to identify event needs and align marketing efforts accordingly. - Creating engaging content for social media platforms to drive event attendance and awareness. - Managing relationships with vendors and sponsors to secure necessary resources for events. - Monitoring event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all planning activities. - Designing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and online advertisements. - Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies. - Maintaining accurate records of event timelines, activities, and feedback for future planning. - Assisting in the development of newsletters and other communication to stakeholders. - Evaluating event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis. - Working closely with the admissions team to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment efforts. - Organizing training sessions for staff involved in event execution. - Representing the school at external events and community functions. - Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for events. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in marketing and event planning, preferably within the education sector. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media marketing. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Proficient in using marketing software and tools. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in managing budgets and planning events within financial constraints. - Creative approach to problem-solving and event execution. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work evening and weekend events as needed. - Knowledge of the educational landscape and current trends in school marketing. - Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.,
