Job Description

As a School HR Lead, you will be responsible for managing all HR matters within the school, acting as the key point of contact for employees. This role is equivalent to an HRBP/HR Generalist position, requiring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure alignment of HR practices with school objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and smooth onboarding. - Employee Relations & Engagement: Build strong relationships with staff and leadership, resolve grievances, and drive engagement initiatives. - Performance & Talent Management: Facilitate performance reviews, identify development needs, and support career progression. - Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and maintain accurate employee records. - Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and promote a culture of continuous learning. - Exit Management: Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and engage with alumni when applicable. Qualifications & Requirements: - Graduation (minimum); MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage. - 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the education industry or a similar people-centric environment. - Strong HR generalist skills covering recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable independently managing multiple HR functions.
