School ERP Developer

About Us:

We are a rapidly growing education group operating across multiple locations, dedicated to innovation and digital excellence in the academic space. We are seeking a skilled School ERP Developer to design, develop, maintain, and upgrade ERP systems tailored for school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement School ERP modules (Admissions, Attendance, Academics, Exams, Fees, HR, Transport, Library, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders (academic & admin teams) to understand process flows and convert them into digital workflows
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing ERP systems
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and user-role based access
• Integrate third-party APIs (SMS gateway, Payment gateway, Biometric, etc.)
• Generate detailed reports for administration and compliance
• Conduct regular updates, bug fixes, and system backups

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP software architecture and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus)
• Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel / Django / Express
• Experience in developing cloud-based or hybrid ERP platforms
• RESTful API development and integration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Prior experience developing ERP systems for educational institutions
• Understanding of education workflows and CBSE/ICSE academic structures

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
