This role is critical for maintaining the security and performance of global systems through efficient patch management. If you have hands-on experience with ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus , SCCM , or similar tools, and thrive in a global support environment — we want to hear from you! 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Perform patching of Windows/Linux servers and endpoints. Use tools like ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus , SCCM , WSUS , or BigFix to manage patch deployments. Plan and coordinate patching during maintenance windows with internal and client teams. Monitor patch compliance and ensure 100% coverage. Troubleshoot and resolve patching issues and escalate when needed. Maintain patching documentation, automation policies, and execution logs. Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance teams to address vulnerabilities. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on experience in patch management. Expertise in patching tools: ManageEngine , SCCM , or similar. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and desktop OS environments. Familiarity with compliance and vulnerability remediation standards. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts supporting global teams.
