Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Managing and coordinating sales activities within the depot.
Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Forecasting quarterly and annual profits.

Team Leadership:

Leading, motivating, and training the sales team.
Providing guidance and support to sales representatives.
Evaluating team performance and providing feedback.
Recruiting and hiring new sales team members.
Developing successors for key positions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and clients.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs.
Staying informed about customer feedback and market trends.

Depot Operations:

Managing and controlling inventory levels.
Ensuring proper stock management and availability.
Implementing channel incentive schemes and cost controls.
Managing accounts receivables.
Advising and motivating sales representatives.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Staying informed about market trends and emerging opportunities.
Analyzing competitor activities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Develop plans for dealer network expansion and the appointment of new dealers.
