We are looking for *experienced Trainers* with a strong background in scaffolding inspection or supervision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience and proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct training programs on scaffolding, inspection, and safety.

* Deliver sessions in *Hindi and English* with clarity and engagement.

* Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.

* Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and internal quality requirements.

* Stay updated with latest industry practices, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

### *Required Qualifications & Experience*

* *7–9 years* of experience as a *Scaffolding Inspector* or *Scaffold Supervisor*.

* Minimum *3 years* of experience as a Trainer.

* *Train-the-Trainer Certification* (mandatory).

* *Inspector Certification* (mandatory).

* Educational Qualification: *ITI / Diploma / B.Tech* in relevant field.

* Strong proficiency in *Hindi and English*.
