Supplies and Equipment: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, assisting with the operation of copiers, scanners, and other equipment. General Support: Assisting with basic filing, serving tea/coffee, and answering phone calls. Errands: Handling errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other locations as needed. Other Duties: May be required to assist with other duties assigned by supervisors, such as setting up meeting rooms or providing basic assistance to other staff members

Assisting with Meeting Room Setup: Helping prepare meeting rooms for presentations and events. Maintaining Office Equipment: Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment.
