Job Summary

Experienced Scaffolding Inspector with 5–6 years’ hands-on experience and a valid Scaffolding Inspector certificate required. Responsible for ensuring all scaffolding on-site is erected, modified, inspected, and dismantled in accordance with company procedures, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect scaffolding structures daily and before use; identify defects and enforce corrective actions.
• Approve or reject scaffolding for use and document inspection findings.
• Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling activities to ensure compliance with drawings and safe work procedures.
• Verify materials, components, and load capacities; ensure proper tagging and recordkeeping.
• Report unsafe conditions, near-misses, and incidents; support incident investigations.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and contractors to maintain scaffold safety and access.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Scaffolding Inspector certificate (recognized/approved).
• 5–6 years’ relevant scaffolding inspection experience on construction/industrial sites.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, load calculations, and safe erection practices.
• Good observational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and inspect for structural integrity and compliance.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: INR 26,000 per month.
• Food allowance: INR 3,000 per month.

• Site location: Indore region (assumed based on company operations); adjust if the site is elsewhere.
