SCADA Database & Display Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA database and display development for AVEVA Enterprise SCADA 2021 (formerly OASyS).
• Define and implement methodologies, develop test scenarios, and guide a team of SMEs.
• Collaborate with SCADA vendors for database/display development, quality verification, and issue resolution.
• Support project managers with accurate and timely project updates and reports.
• Foster a positive team culture and ensure successful delivery of database-related project components.
• Maintain and adhere to enterprise service management, governance, and regulatory processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Control Center Operations, SCADA, and IT.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in SCADA systems, software development, or real-time control systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SCADA system databases

  and related display components.
• Experience with implementation and support of large-scale SCADA systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system development methodologies, system design, and testing methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with

  AVEVA Enterprise SCADA 2021

  , including database and display management.
• Experience in utilities or energy sector projects involving SCADA integration.
