Role Overview: Join Accenture's Strategy and Consulting Global Network SC&O as a Consultant in the Sourcing and Procurement team within the Capability Network (CN). Be part of a diverse consulting team working on sourcing and procurement engagements for clients across industries. Help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enable setting and reporting on sustainability targets in partnership with client teams - Integrate sustainability principles and frameworks into sourcing & procurement policies, processes, and strategies - Drive multiple initiatives/engagements to address specific sustainability-related business issues for clients - Develop business cases for sustainability initiatives and provide guidance on sustainable sourcing practices - Formulate recommendations and technology solutions aligned with clients' capabilities - Conduct market/industry assessments for various environmental impacts and human/labor rights - Implement dashboards using technology tools to monitor and report key data and insights - Research latest trends in sustainability and responsible value chain to develop solutions - Engage with business partners and thought leaders to develop functional capability and knowledge in embedding sustainability into supply chain activities Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 B School and/or BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 engineering institutes - 4-5 years of consulting or industry experience in sustainable sourcing, responsible sourcing implementation, category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier risk management - Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol, and CDP - Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement - Proficiency in project and people management - Strong written and verbal communication skills, networking abilities, and relationship management skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
