Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of Data & AI consulting projects for retail clients across the value chain (merchandising, supply chain, customer experience, etc.).
Define data strategies, architectures, and roadmaps to drive digital transformation.
Design and implement AI/ML use cases tailored to retail (e.g., demand forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization).
Manage cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, consultants) to execute data initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to retail executives on data governance, advanced analytics, and platform modernization.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners (cloud providers, data platforms) and internal teams.
Drive thought leadership, POVs, and go-to-market initiatives in the Data & AI space for retail.
