What you will do

Automation & Support

• Analyze existing Finance & Accounting processes and identify automation opportunities.


• Develop automation tools using Excel VBA, SAP integration, SQL, and MS Access.


• Create macros for handling large data volumes and automating recurring reporting tasks.


• Prepare test plans, perform debugging, and maintain detailed documentation for all solutions.


• Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and team members during development, testing, and implementation.


• Evaluate emerging technologies to develop digital platforms that drive operational excellence.


• Develop knowledge transfer materials and train Finance users on new automation tools.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and project success.


• Work closely with Finance business leads, IT teams, and consultants to understand business needs and deliver customized automation solutions.

Project Management

• Lead key automation projects involving VBA, SQL, and SAP, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


• Monitor project progress, establish S.M.A.R.T. objectives, and provide regular status reports to management.


• Evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals and identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor s degree in any stream (preferred: Engineering or Computer Applications).


• Basic understanding of MySQL, Java, or Google Script is an advantage.

Relevant Experience

• 3 10years of experience in Excel VBA Macro Automation, preferably within captive centers or BPOs.


• Strong expertise in building Excel Macros integrated with SAP.


• Proven track record of applying best practices in automation to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced Excel and VBA programming.


• SAP automation using VBA macros.


• SQL / MySQL database management and MS Access automation.


• Knowledge of RPA, Google App Script / JavaScript, and Tableau (good to have).
