We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Strategy team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, with expertise in growth strategy, market entry assessment, go-to-market strategy, strategic options study, portfolio & corporate strategy, business model redesign, strategic cost evaluation, digital & innovation strategy. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy and operations within target industries. Spearhead case teams to provide solutions to unstructured client problems. Use an issue-based approach to deliver growth, market, and portfolio strategy engagements for EY-Parthenon clients. Lead a team of 8-12 professionals undertaking corporate strategy studies. Support business development activities by steering pursuits and strengthening long-standing relationships with EY-Parthenon clients. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise. Participate in firm building responsibilities like hiring, training, and counseling. ### Job Requirements Experience in executing and managing strategy consulting engagements, including client engagement skills and delivering strategic insights on accounts and sectors. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and working knowledge of VBA, Python is a plus. MBA or Master’s from Tier 1 B-School, CFA or CA charter holders. Work experience with a Big Four Firm or large Consulting/Research firms. Project management skills and exposure to tools like Power Bi, Alteryx, etc. A strong understanding of commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm to learn new things in a fast-paced environment is essential.
