Deep expertise in U.S /Middle East healthcare industry, across payer and provider
business models, with understanding of core areas such as value-based care, caremanagement, revenue cycle, network and benefit design Extensive experience across the M&A lifecycle including market scans, target
identification, strategic fit assessment, due diligence (commercial, operational, andf inancial), synergy estimation, and integration planning Proven ability to assess healthcare-specific deal opportunities evaluating payer,
provider, diagnostics, med-tech, or health tech targets, by assessing regulatory,market, financial, operational, and strategic fit to inform investment theses Strong background in developing financial and strategic models:developing
valuations, synergy cases, and scenario analyses to support executive and boardlevel decision making on acquisitions, divestitures, or joint ventures Hands-on experience with post-merger integration driving integration strategy
design, cultural alignment, operating model harmonization, and synergy tracking tocapture deal value while maintaining business continuity Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills distilling
complex diligence findings and strategic implications into conciserecommendations for C-suite and board stakeholdersGood to have skills Private equity / venture capital exposure and experience supporting healthcare
focused PE/VC firms on portfolio strategy, growth acceleration, or exit planning Exposure to digital health/health tech with an understanding of how emerging

The Health & Public Services Strategy team at Accenture is seeking an experiencedManager to evaluate, structure, and execute M&A transactions across the healthcareecosystem, including payers, providers, and digital health companies. You will contributeto the delivery of strategic initiatives spanning due diligence, market and competitiveassessments, investment strategy, and post-merger integration, helping clients unlockvalue and drive growth. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcareconsolidation and innovation, shaping transformative deals and contributing toAccenture's growing footprint in Healthcare M&A advisory.Roles & Responsibilities M&A Strategy and Transaction Support Support the development of M&A strategies for corporate and private equity clients
across the healthcare ecosystem. Contribute to target identification, strategic fit assessment, and business plan
evaluation to inform acquisition and divestiture decisions. Assist in conducting commercial due diligence, market and competitive analysis,
and synergy assessments. Evaluate and report on the ongoing business performance of acquired organizations
to ensure value realization.Client Engagement and Advisory Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
that shape client strategic decisions. Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for C-suite and board-level
stakeholders.Sales Enablement and Business Development Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop proposals, client pitch materials, and
client presentations that showcase Accenture's healthcare M&A strategy expertise. Partner with business development teams to identify new opportunities, support
client relationship building, and drive expansion of Accenture's healthcare M&Aconsulting portfolio.Thought Leadership and Practice Building Contribute to knowledge creation through internal assets, accelerators, and white
papers. Collaborate with senior leaders in client conversations and industry forums.
Mentor junior team members in M&A strategy, due diligence, and integration

Experience:At least 7 years of experience is required, with at least 3-4 years in consulting
or strategic role focused healthcare M&A or related transactions in U.S or Middle EastMarkets
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or related field
MBA or a postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 B-School
