SAS Partners - Head - Accounting/Finance & Tax Services

• Review financial statements, tax workings, GST reconciliations, and compliance reports.
• Help teams solve technical queries and complex client issues.
• Keep the team updated on regulatory changes.
  

• Ensure accuracy, timely submissions, and high-quality deliverables.
• Allocate work, manage workloads, and resolve operational challenges.
• Review deliverables before submission to clients.
  

C) Department Queries & Liaisoning

• Handle notices, queries, and communications with GST and Income Tax departments.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, client auditors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review responses to department queries.
  

D) Training & Team Development

• Conduct internal training on GST, tax, and accounting standards using internal and external resources
• Guide team members to strengthen technical and delivery Process & Quality Improvement:
• Implement review checks, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Improve efficiency in month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance Chartered Accountant (CA) / (ICWA) - Mandatory
• 8-14 years of relevant experience
• Experience with GCCs or manufacturing clients is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, Ind-AS/IFRS, and accounting controls
• Good communication and leadership skills
