SAS Developer / Data Analyst

Pune/ Chennai

Total Experience:

5–8 years

Relevant Experience:

3+ years

Mandatory Skills (for Screening – Top 5)

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • SAS Programming (Base SAS, Advanced SAS preferred)
  • Data Analysis
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Writing SQL queries using PROC SQL
  • Experience in reporting & analytical tasks
  • Design & Development: Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, adhering to ETL principles and middleware strategy/standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers across one or more projects of varying complexity, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Architecture & Design Review: Contribute to middleware enterprise designs, perform functional and non-functional assessments for global implementations, and review dependent program designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide strong technical problem-solving expertise and support complex issues.
  • Support & Coaching: Mentor and support team members, handle issue escalations, validate plans, and manage progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure QA of deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to translate requirements into robust solutions.
