: 1-3 yearsKey Responsibilities-

• Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Lead content creation efforts and manage social media platforms, including YouTube and Telegram.
• Provide support for operational and strategic initiatives
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in managing and growing social media channels, particularly YouTube and Telegram.
• Basic design proficiency (e.g., Canva, thumbnail design, visual content creation).
• Comfortable using tools such as Notion and Google Calendar.
• Strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills.
• A background in the UPSC (Prelims, Mains, or Interview) is a strong plus.
