Role Overview

SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultants

Key Responsibilities

Drive
end-to-end SAP VIM implementation, rollout and support
.
Configure and optimize
invoice processing workflows
in SAP VIM.
Implement and integrate
Invoice Capture Center (ICC)
with VIM.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide
L2/L3 support
, resolve incidents, and ensure system performance.
Perform testing, upgrades, and deployment of new functionalities.
Support cross-module integration with
FI, MM, SD
.
Conduct user training and
knowledge transfer sessions
.

Required Skills & Experience

68 years of SAP experience
with minimum
5+ years in SAP VIM
.
Strong knowledge of:

Invoice processing & workflow configuration
ICC (Invoice Capture Center) integration
End-to-end VIM implementation & support

Good understanding of
SAP FI/MM modules
and integration touchpoints.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP VIM Certification (OpenText/SAP) is an advantage.
Experience in
global rollout and support projects
.
Knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA VIM
.
