• Lead, manage, and mentor a development team to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Own decision-making for your team and contribute to key decisions impacting multiple teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define application requirements.
• Provide robust, scalable solutions to complex problems across teams.
• Facilitate training sessions and promote knowledge sharing to upskill team members.
• Monitor project milestones and adjust execution plans to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
