Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Upgrade Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4 upgrades and technical project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate SAP upgrade projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and testers to meet project goals.
Conduct project status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution meetings to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project success.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and standards in all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP technical project management, preferably in an upgrade or implementation role.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 upgrades (1809, 1909) and S/4HANA (2021).
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
