Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Invent, you will lead SAP advisory and S/4HANA consulting engagements in transportation transformation, ensuring successful implementations and rollouts aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive SAP process consulting across Transportation Management, Freight Management, and Sales & Distribution, providing functional leadership, and managing stakeholder communication in fast-paced global environments. Additionally, you will manage and mentor small teams or contribute individually across all project phases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP advisory and S/4HANA consulting engagements in transportation transformation - Deliver comprehensive SAP process consulting across Transportation Management, Freight Management, and Sales & Distribution - Provide functional leadership and cross-functional issue resolution - Operate independently and collaboratively in fast-paced global environments - Manage and mentor small teams or contribute individually - Translate technical details into actionable user stories - Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to agile/hybrid SAP methodologies Qualification Required: - Successfully contributed to end-to-end SAP implementation projects in Transportation Management or ECC Logistics Execution - Expertise in SAP TM/TRP configuration, including Master Data setup, Freight and Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network & Mode, Freight Agreements, and Tendering processes - Hands-on experience with interfaces and data migration, including EDI, IDOCs, RFC Queue Management, and SD/TM data migration - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in SAP methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) and quality assurance practices - Certified expertise in S/4HANA Transportation Management (preferred) Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, with a responsible and diverse group of 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries.
