SAP TM (Sales and Transportation management)

Role Overview: As a Lead SAP consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for driving SAP advisory and S/4HANA consulting engagements in transportation transformation. Your role involves leading successful implementations and rollouts aligned with business goals, delivering comprehensive SAP process consulting across Transportation Management, Freight Management, and Sales & Distribution. You will provide functional leadership, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to agile/hybrid SAP methodologies. Operating independently and collaboratively in fast-paced global environments, you will manage stakeholder communication, project execution, and prepare high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you may manage and mentor small teams or contribute individually across all project phases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP advisory and S/4HANA consulting engagements in transportation transformation - Deliver comprehensive SAP process consulting across Transportation Management, Freight Management, and Sales & Distribution - Provide functional leadership and cross-functional issue resolution - Translate technical details into actionable user stories - Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to agile/hybrid SAP methodologies - Manage stakeholder communication and project execution - Prepare high-quality deliverables - Manage and mentor small teams or contribute individually across all project phases Qualifications Required: - Successfully contributed to end-to-end SAP implementation projects in Transportation Management or ECC Logistics Execution - Demonstrated strong consulting mindset and team collaboration - Expertise in SAP TM/TRP configuration, including Master Data setup, Freight and Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network & Mode, Freight Agreements, and Tendering processes - Hands-on experience with interfaces and data migration, including EDI, IDOCs, RFC Queue Management, and SD/TM data migration - Domain exposure in shipping and merchandising sales is a plus - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in SAP methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) - Certified expertise in S/4HANA Transportation Management (preferred) Company Details (if present): Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, with a diverse group of 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries.
