Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Work closely with program managers, product managers, designers, developers, and QA analysts to define project scope, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Participate in risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to minimize delays and ensure successful outcomes. Work on regular status updates, progress reports, and team meetings, providing updates on project milestones, challenges, and dependencies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve blockers, and optimize workflows, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Required:
13+ years of experience
Proven experience in managing IT programs Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies can facilitate adaptability and responsiveness in managing complex programs with evolving requirements. Understanding data analysis techniques and tools can aid in leveraging data insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize program performance
Good-to-have:
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software and tools
