Job Title: SAP System Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Min 3-4 years exp with SAP system. project is to migrate data out of SAP using some AI tools and manual things. so need someone who understands SAP systems

Job Summary:

The SAP System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, supporting SAP modules, and ensuring system stability through effective configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and support SAP modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or HCM) based on business requirements.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP functionalities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and define requirements, providing process improvement recommendations.
• Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents or issues promptly.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with the technical team (ABAP).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in end-user training and prepare user manuals or guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience working with SAP systems in implementation or support roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business process flows.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of integration points between SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with reporting tools (SAP BW, Power BI, etc.) is an advantage.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
