Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you must have end-to-end implementation or support project experience. Your role will involve making recommendations to support succession planning and performance management. You should also have experience in performance management supporting a large-scale corporate talent management and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. - Act in a client-facing role to determine business requirements. - Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Onboarding system for various processes as per client requirements. - Provide support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications. - Write functional specifications for any custom development and integrations. Qualifications Required: - Must have at least 2 or more Onboarding 2.0 / 1.0 end-to-end implementation or support project experience. - Strong consulting skills with the ability to drive client requirements, business process, and configuration workshops. - Experience operating in a client-facing or similar role. - Knowledge of Recruit to Onboarding Integration, MDF and Foundation objects, associations, business rules, data models, picklists, role-based permissions, reporting, and excellent knowledge of XML. Additional Details: In addition to the above, you should have preferred knowledge in PMGM and SPCDP programs, supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules including succession planning, performance management, and goals management. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a solution-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
