Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support the

    SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

    module.
  • Work on

    requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation

    of LMS functionalities.
  • Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., PMGM, EC) and external systems.
  • Manage

    learning assignments, curricula, items, programs, and user data

    setup.
  • Perform

    testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

    during and post-implementation.
  • Develop and deliver

    user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

    .
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational learning needs.
  • Stay updated on

    SAP SuccessFactors releases

    and recommend best practices for optimization.
  • Work with Linkedln Learning implementation with SAP Success Factor.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    SAP SuccessFactors LMS

    configuration and administration.
  • Understanding of

    learning processes, compliance training, and reporting

    .
  • Knowledge of

    SF Integration Center, BizX platform, and SuccessFactors Data Model

    .
  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS

    certification preferred

    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
