We are Hiring SAP SuccessFactor Architect We are hiring SAP SuccessFactor ArchitectLocation: Bangalore, Gurugram, Noida, HyderabadPosition: Consultant – SuccessFactors ArchitectExperience: 8+ years (relevant hands-on experience)Notice Period: Must be able to join within 15 days Salary : As per Market Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field📸 Note: Passport-size photo must be attached to the top of the resume (mandatory) Key Skillsets Required:SuccessFactors Reporting:Proficient in Report Stories, Canvas Reports, and Table Reports – creating, managing, and fixing dashboards and reports.Employee Central Configuration:Experience in Metadata Framework (MDF), workflows, and business rules.IAS & IPS:Strong understanding of Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for user access and login management.Project & Support Experience:Involvement in both implementation and production support environments.Release Management:Ability to assess the impact of SuccessFactors releases on reporting and system behavior.Communication & Documentation:Strong skills in stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.Certifications:Employee Central certification preferred; knowledge of LMS is an added plus.
