Job Description

As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central at Dangote SAP Delivery Center in India, your role is crucial in leading the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Your deep functional and technical expertise will guide clients through complex HR transformations, ensuring seamless data management and optimizing core HR processes to align with business objectives and global compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead discovery workshops with HR stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for core HR processes within Employee Central. - Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications for Employee Central configurations and integrations. - Design, configure, and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions covering core HR master data, organizational management, workflows, time off, global assignments, self-service functionalities, security, and permissions. - Develop and optimize reports using Ad Hoc Reports, Canvas Reports, and Report Stories to meet HR reporting needs. - Develop test plans, lead testing efforts, manage defect resolution, and ensure system quality and accuracy. - Provide expert-level functional support, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and super-users. - Act as a lead consultant on implementation projects, manage project workstreams, and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant. - Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. - Deep functional expertise in Employee Central core HR functionalities, Role-Based Permissions, and security configuration. - Proficiency in configuring Time Off and experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
