Job Opportunity: SF ONB 2.0 Consultant

Location: Remote(Offshore)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Onboarding Consultant to provide functional and technical support for an ongoing SAP Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) implementation.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for SAP Onboarding (ONB) implementation efforts.

Perform ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.

Assist in test planning and execution during the project lifecycle.

Document all configurations, test cases, and support findings in accordance with project documentation standards.

Ensure alignment with related SAP modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and issue resolution, particularly involving third-party tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience (Consultant Level - E2)

Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.

Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0

Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations

Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central.

Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).

Strong documentation and testing skills.

Ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams.
