SAP SD SUPPORT

As an SAP SD HANA Support at Boson Tech, your role will involve providing support for SAP SD modules in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day incidents, service requests, and problem tickets related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. - Troubleshooting issues related to sales order processing, delivery, shipment, billing, pricing, credit management, and returns. - Working on configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and documentation as per business requirements. - Supporting integration touchpoints with FI/CO, MM, PP, TM, and other modules. - Performing root cause analysis, proposing permanent fixes, and ensuring smooth business operations. - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SD module, including a thorough understanding of sales, billing, and distribution processes. - Utilizing experience in SAP HANA, including hands-on configuration and system support. - Applying strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in SAP SD HANA environments. - Possessing knowledge of business process integration and an end-to-end understanding of order-to-cash processes. - Demonstrating strong communication and team collaboration skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams.
