Key Responsibilities :

• Provide

  support

  for SAP SD modules in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Handle day-to-day incidents, service requests, and problem tickets related to

  Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

  .
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  sales order processing, delivery, shipment, billing, pricing, credit management

  , and returns.
• Work on

  configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and documentation

  as per business requirements.
• Support integration touchpoints with

  FI/CO, MM, PP, TM

  , and other modules.
• Perform

  root cause analysis

  , propose permanent fixes, and ensure smooth business operations.
• Proficiency in SAP SD module, including thorough understanding of sales, billing, and distribution processes.
• Experience in SAP HANA, including hands-on configuration and system support.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in SAP SD hana environments.
• Knowledge of business process integration and end-to-end understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams.
